During 2016-17, inoutput has met some of the many single mothers living in the Jette Municipality in Brussels. These mothers, according to the statistics of the Monitoring des Quartiers of the Brussels Region, make between 11 and 12% of the Jette population.
Artists Amélie Derlon Cordina and Nerina Cocchi set up a series of bimonthly meetings which, at the rhythm of the very rare free moments of these parents, have led to an exhibit at the Centre Culturel du Jette "L'Armillaire". There, a new cartographie, the projection of the film "Abécédaire d’une histoire de mère", the book "Iconographies" or also a book corner for kids where you can discover up to 100 stories of children with single parents.
